2. Products
All notary stamps, embossers, kits, and supplies are made to meet the requirements of the state for which they are ordered. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their state’s specific notary requirements before placing an order. The Notary Store is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect notary information provided by the customer.
3. Custom Orders
Custom notary stamps and embossers are made to order using the information provided at checkout. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in orders caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards via Braintree, as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order including shipping.
6. Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. The Notary Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on thenotarystore.com including logos, images, text, and product descriptions are the property of Presto Direct and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Notary Store and Presto Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Pennsylvania.
