Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

At The Notary Store, a division of Presto Direct, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Custom Notary Stamps & Embossers

Because notary stamps and embossers are custom-made to order with your specific notary information, they are non-returnable unless the error was made on our part. If we made an error on your order, we will remake and reship your stamp at no charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Custom Items

Non-customized items such as notary journals, ink refills, pouches, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thenotarystore.com or call 800-817-1730. Please include a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace or refund the item promptly.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
